Tuscana Properties has a team of professionals dedicated to assisting the homeowners through the home-selling process. Our team of specialists includes listing coordinators, interior designers, marketing experts, licensed contractors, and handymen. These specialists’ goals are to reduce stress and hassle for the seller while ensuring that the property is marketed to an optimum level and receives a high market value. Tuscana Properties invests significantly  in marketing a home in both time and outside services. Below are samples of our complimentary services to sellers:

  • Pre-listing preparation: Detailed property improvement plan and recommendations.  Vendor coordination of repairs and property improvements. Free staging (including design, delivery, set up, and one-month free furniture rental), or free interior design consultation. Additionally, we work with vendors to prepare your home and have negotiated advantageous pricing from these vendors.  We can advance funds and get reimbursed through escrow if the Seller needs to reduce their out of pocket expenses.
  • Marketing: High-end photography and video, full-color, multi-page home brochures, a custom website, on-line advertising, and floorplans for custom homes. Premium placement on Zillow and Trulia as well as over 500+ websites for optimal internet marketing.
  • Open Houses & Broker Tours: We will plan to hold your home open until it is sold (some holidays excluded). Twilight open houses, neighborhood open houses and catering at Broker Tours and Open Houses are some the strategies we can discuss implementing for your home.
